I would like to know the route that people take with a site like youporn where you dont offer thumb nails, nor original content. What are best methods to promote a site like this and get a lot of traffic going.

Also as far as legality how do youporn and redtube not get in any troubles, is it because of their disclaimers and they dont produce content?

They are stealing content and reposting it without permission. Their legal troubles have only just begun.
