Producer with mucho content, launching VOD site

New here to the forum and after years producing niche stuff and my partner shooting b/g stuff (we also distribute our own movies NORTHSTAR ASSOCIATES , my production company ZAYE ENTERTAINMENT and my partners NORTH POLE, well we put together our first studios northstarondemand.com site and me being completely new to the internet game Im not sure how to market outside our own house meaning: Im advertising on our dvd's, I giving out 30 minute promo cards to all my 15k customer base of whom bought products from us over the years, and a few other gorilla marketing tactics. Questions is what else do I do? Oct 1 is officially the launch, so do I need to sign up for an affiliate program? or buy ad space? I hear so muc but I think VOD is slightly different compared to monthly membership sites! any info would be greatly appreciated! I own alot of tranny, g/g foot fetish, squirting, gay, milf, black and not sure how to exploit for $$ other than dvd distribution, Well I know but dont know how

I would suggest you compress your site some...your site was built on a template for a much larger vod network meant to incorporate many different studios. IE your big butt category has only like 4 black movies that dont look like big butt movies at all, and some of your niches have no movies at all. I understand you have lots of content but your design needs to be more unique to fit your brand of porn because it looks like every other vod site out there. As surfer why should i buy northstar porn? Also a webmaster program would help. If you are not doing double digit signups and sales each day then you are not doing much in vod because most surfers will go free then one of the smaller packages. The advantage is that since the subscription is low they will probably come again and again.

With www.ero-advertising.com you can set your own text, thumbs, pics, videos, overlays, etc. so you are already setting a filter for the customers you are looking for, by using the right pics/text/etc.

So if you make a text ad saying "Click here for the best lesbian bondage site $ 29,95 a month" you will most likely attract lesbian bondage lovers AND they know it's not a free site (to save you paid clicks and improve your conversions)
