Google and IP addresses
Whats up with Google and separate IP addresses? Is it bad to have your websites listed on the same IP address? Is it better to have them all listed on separate IP's or is this just a load of BS?

Important only if you are engaged in some aggressive cross linking.
With unique content and unique link webs around the websites its a non-issue.

I have some 40ish websites and I benefit greatly from the cross linking between them all but I also have to keep them on separate IPs to gain that benefit, that way Google treats them as separate and unique websites, and does not associate them as one group.

multiple ips work well with SEO if you cross link.
if you had 40 sites on one single ip and u cross link all of them, doubt you'll get higher rankings/scores than on 40 sites on different ips. |
