Legal? Moral? No Prob?
Hello all. I am new to every aspect of this including webmaster, design, etc. So bare with me if my questions seem like 101 type stuff.
I have purchased a domain and some hosting space. I am trying to start a free amateur site. While I know it is a niche that has been beat to death, I am concentrating on a specific kind of amateur vids. Sort of a niche within a niche. I was planning on having thumbnails with external links to tube site videos that I have hand picked. My question.......Is this legal or even moral? If so, would it be wrong for me to embed a player on my site for these videos. I have seen other sites do it with pornotube vids. I don't even know HOW to do this yet, but should I even bother pursuing it? Thanks in advance for the help. Trust me, there are plenty more questions to come. |

If the tubesite you are linking to is using "illegal" videos, chances that they will make problems because of content are minimal. However, regarding the bandwidth...

Most (?) tube sites have the option next to the video to embed that video into your site. Of course there will be some ads on that embedding.... and it will link to them.
So the content you'll be taking will be legal when asked "where you have this from?". Now...if the actual content is illegal... that's another story... good luck |
