ccbill is a payment processor and ccbill tools is an affiliate software that is used in conjuction when you have an affiliate program through ccbill. check out their website for more info. hth

I hate ccbills affiliate program even more,
because it should have all of those tools,
OR ATLEAST ONE! LOL

There is quite a difference between CCBill and CCBTools but they are complementary products and work nicely together depending on what you are trying to accomplish.

Every program should have some marketing tools for their affiliates otherwise they don't give their affiliates a jumping off point or guidance in how to market the product
