OPEN SOURCE:
- ZenCart, CubeCart , OSCOmmerce, Joomla/VirtueMart ( all once click install on our virtual accounts ) , Magento . $$$$$ : - shopsun - X-cart - CS-Cart ( the best value for the $$$ : ex x-cart staff that are supporting this one ). Some others exist like php-cart and so on ...

OS Commerce is the biggest one that people use. I dont know how easy it is. but thats what most people seem to like.
