i dont need much HDD space but i need a lot of Traffic..

Smart Script and Arrow Trading should work on the server

and it should be cheap...

If you just want a shared hosting plan, i would tell you to with servage.net.
5000GB transfer a month, 510gb harddisk, control panel and autoinstallers etc included for 6,35-7,50€a month (about 10$ a month) + a free domain.
I have used them for a year until my site was to big/heavy to be supported there.
