I want to send out 50k email what is the best mass mail program to use and that allow my customers to subscribe also to make the mail list grow let me know thanks

1 way or another if you dont know what your doing your going to get screwed.
1 single complaint from a triple opt in, with IP's logged and responses logged, and you can be shut down. Domains takes and be held in violation for the canspam act. Better be real careful.

I think WorldCast or BigHip. Neither are scripts but cheap alternatives that allow adult content.
