                        'position your keywords' means but your keyword at the top of the page with H1 tag would be most Ideal ; first word on the page is in the top left "your keyword"

                        HTML looks like this

                        <h1>your keyword</h1>

                        then 500 words related to your keyword and only put 'your keyword' no more then 6 times in 500 words. you don't want to spam your keyword on your page..
