Welcome. My suggestion is similar to others; what is your goal? I assume you want to make money marketing or selling porn, so my suggestion is to start with a niche. What niche turns you on? Then you can start to think about what angle you want to take with it.

Here is my advice ....... nothing is ever "free" so avoid any sort of free hosting offers.

Always buy your own domain names and *always* make sure you maintain total and complete control of them at all times. Letting a hosting company, web designer, friend or business partner have any part of this process will in the end lead to nothing but trouble.

Always have more content than ads on any website you create. Doesn't matter what kind of website you create - this rule is universal. Quality counts. Build a quality site and the money will be much easier to make than if you build a crap ass site with nothing more than 10 zillion ads.
