Set up an affiliate program. Submit galleries to TGPs. Buy paid banner spots or plugs on popular sites to advertise.

Nowadays many TGPs want some quid pro quo for accepting your galleries. Some just want a token payment top discourage spammers. The big ones might sell you a monthly or annual pass for submitting. Try dktgp.com, free to $75 per year depending on placement
