if they have tons of free porn on internet at a simple search why they still pay monthly subscriptions on sites that offer paid content? i think the answer is simple they pay not because you offer unique content (this could be a reason), is a psychological thing, when people buy a pair of shoes why most of them chose the expensive pair instead of the cheapest even if the cheapest is good quality, i think here is same principle, if you will make a free and a paid site with same content you will still find paying members for the paysite. I understand that people still pay for porn. Of course they do. What I don't understand is why someone would pay for a tube site. They can get the exact same thing you offer for free.

The left navigation is a bit akward, IMO. A CSS drop-down header navigation may get more clicks.
