Once its up and running.. suited and booted.. whats ways to get traffic, i mean traffic that convert?

Lots of backlinks for targeted high converting search engine traffic, can't beat it, and it beats the old sit and wait beating your meat.

Try thunder-ball.net for getting them backlinks and you'll soon see some sales.
