I am looking for places where I can submit my stories I write and include my URL to my website in the body or at the end. Every site I have found will let you submit a story but not include a URL.

There is a reason why you can't add your link in the article. Vast majority of owners are wary of introducing dangerous code on their sites thus not allowing any entry address. Look how you solve the problem.
