For this industry to be so full of new talent and such, I'm just curious to know.

You will find that most people that get involved in this industry know someone who is involved in it or are already on the sidelines in some respect - for example, maybe a girl is already a lapdancer in a club and one of the other girls knows a photographer, etc . . you can see how one thing leads to another.
Also, a lot of girls start off just doing some simple glamour shots and then someone offers them a bit more money to do a bit more on camera and again, one things leads to another . . but it's a gradual process.
