• Updated: xHamster search by keywords

Important for xHamster:

• Your old xHamster feeds won't work anymore because we changed the way we get videos for you. It's just like xHamster.com search results now.
• So the only thing you'll have to do is to click on the "empty wp-script cache" button to update xHamster categories informations AND to recreate your feeds with categories or create some new feeds with your own keywords. (Don't delete your old feeds. Just disable auto-import on them if enabled)
• You can search gay videos by adding "gay" keyword (eg. "gay solo" or "black gay") and the same with "tranny" videos.

Hello, I have a pre-sales question: is it possible to change the size of video thumbnails on the home page? I'd like to make bigger size thumbnails than the ones I've seen on your demo and other sites that use your theme/plugin.

Yes you can change all that

No problem, you can choose the number of thumbs you want per line, for example if you choose 4 thumbs per line, they will be bigger ;)

score 0% 10 critical alerts, 13 warnings, advert of malware... i know that sometimes embed codes and iframes from sponsors enter on this category, but is there a way to get this theme more clear and fine when it is tested on sites like themecheck ?

my experience:
i bought the script, easy to work with it, and the theme is interesting, soon will try to customize more, actually testing in 2 websites, but it have some bugs, that i'm working with support.
suddenly a lot of videos uploaded dissapeared and produce a lot of posts without content... working it with support.
One of the problems appears that they have not too much people working there, so they don't offer a 24/7 support, and since they are in FR (GM+1) plus all support tickets that must be on carpet, the delay on reply can be 1 day or more for a lot of us living in America.
Second problem about support is that their website don't have a working support page with latest tickets from customers and the facilities to reply or close them.
Third, ticket support page are in French.
This guys have a very good product, but must work more in support. Is a problem to have a live site with 50% of the content dissapeared.

I think i had contacted you before about adding our tube site to your WP-Script. Would be much appreciated and we are constantly adding 1000s of videos daily of quality content. We embed a lot from others as well but it would make it easier and is just another great source of supply for your customers. Thanks! Tube site is in our signature.

the script and theme are interesting, i bought the pro version, but what i see this past weeks is that the make changes to the theme every week, and some of those changes have bugs, perhaps they must take some time to test every version before posting them.

Can you tell me what errors you encountered during the last update please?

In the support ticket we ask you a question to try to target where this JS conflict may originate. Just answer to the question and things will move faster without barking.

[2] Tonight I finally decided to install and play with it for the 1st time -- on a brand new WP installation.

[4] Entered my paid License Key.
[5] Key accepted.
[6] Cannot access theme or Embedder plugin.

You just have to download and install the WP-Script Core plugin. Then you will be able to manage (install and activate) all WP-Script products like the embedder for example. Please check it: https://www.wp-script.com/getting-started/

Thanks. Appreciate the help. The embedder installed fine, and seems to be working great.
But the theme will not install. When I click the install button, it spins, then stalls, then shows the install button again.

With that being said they have a lot of potential actually but to us unusable in their current state.

Probably the biggest issue is the lack of custom fields there are a few but very limited

Theme options are also extremely limited.

Support is a joke - The plugin broke 5 days after purchase and can't get support

Requested a refund as the products are basically unusable to us - broke - and NO SUPPORT!

Couldn't get an answer about the refund either after not receiving support and had to start the dispute process.

Damn shame with more work and some more creativity it could be really good.

And I see it's not just me - these people are Ass Clowns

They take the money and run and leave you hanging with crap that doesn't work!

They will give you support when they will feel like it or when they will have fixed their theme/ plug in issue. Wp-script was seems great at first but SO MANY UPDATE/ Broken fixed and so on. Got one website using wp-script STILL :Oh crap and i will not do the update reading this thread. My only problem right now is to find a way to transfer 400+ video and using a different plug in player and i dont know what will be the result lol and i don't feel to do it all manually one by one :1orglaugh ...... but if my site get broke again I will make the move ; Transfer 10 video + per day up to 40 days or so :pimp ... FM.

Too bad looks like a nice product but think it's a single guy doing it all. Not 100 percent sure though

Ok So I received a reply on their support forum today here it is copied exactly how they posted it.

"That's right. You insult us, you ask for a refund and you make us lose a phenomenal time. So wait for your refund on PayPal and let us work please."

Now the refund was requested within 7 days of purchase - actually one was requested within 10 minutes of purchase after we realized the embedder plugin will not work for us - The other refund request was within 7 days due too broke XBiz grabber plugin and terrible support.

Now I ask has anyone ever seen a good legit company with integrity and customer satisfaction in mind ever posted a reply to a customer like the one they sent me?

I've been looking at a plugin called WP All Import actually spent about 45 minutes watching their videos last night - By chance have you tried this it looks quite promising and I would love to hear some feedback from anyone who has tried it.

starting to look like tubeace may not be a bad option after all.

Honestly I have had a Tube Ace license for years and it's not so great

The prices just went up up the Developer Chris Howard ripped everyone off on their original purchase deals which were unlimited licenses and free lifetime updates - this guy updated his Tube Ace plugin - put in a new licensing system and totally screwed people who bought lifetime licenses

He is kinda a prick if you can get a hold of him for support and he is very short and unhelpful. Many others agree with me about his character.


I just recently purchased WP ALL Import and for my needs it is by far the best importer I have used so far but that depends on your needs. If you are loading sponsor content it kicks ass. If you are trying to rip and run in a hurry with embeds from other tubes, well then not such a great option . But support is ok so far and they refunded me with no issues what so ever on a "Ad On 39.00 item" I purchased but did not need because the standard WP ALL Import had all the functionality I need.
