There are some hints why CPM rates are low.

1) Not reliable traffic source. Don't purchase traffic from not reliable ad networks.
You will get bots, bots don't click on push notifications. So, advertisers won't pay you. :Oh crap

2) Tiny amount of traffic. There is no point to make any conclusions when you get 200-
500 impressions and several subscribers. It's better to attract >10,000 impressions.
Remember - the more traffic you have, the higher your CPM. :2 cents:

3) Old subscribers base. When you have an old base, users click on push notifications less
frequently, thus, CR drops. So, the CPM doesn't grow and becomes lower instead.

We suggest you attracting sufficient amount of traffic from different GEOs and reliable
sources on regular basis. :thumbsup
