I saw 3 sites that stole my design, but I didnt mind so much. I think they will certainly find that the way to success is to make their own pages. And not to steal someone design.
perhaps I'm too optimistic ...
but one of them stated stealing someone else design (http://www.fucklist.net/). Fucklist looked like Smashing Thumbs's sister a few weeks ago, and now it's completely different.
