I will send you an e-mail. That generally only applies if you plan to use a Japanese processor for a site hosted within Japan targeting Japanese market. I think one of the main goals of the law here is to prevent Japanese from thinking they can take dick or vag pics and upload them or trade and share uncensored content. Plenty of sites hosted outside US and offer uncensored content do business in Japanese market.
