Thanks for the post. I will save your note and write to you. In all honesty we are a bit backed up with work and very busy. Pharmaceutical laws, customs, all involved can be tricky for outsiders and for customers within Japan. It is a huge market and growing quickly for many products.

I will send you an e-mail. That generally only applies if you plan to use a Japanese processor for a site hosted within Japan targeting Japanese market. I think one of the main goals of the law here is to prevent Japanese from thinking they can take dick or vag pics and upload them or trade and share uncensored content. Plenty of sites hosted outside US and offer uncensored content do business in Japanese market.
