I actually have not received your ticket ID still, doesn't seem like you want to provide it. I can take an educated guess on your ticket since we have no other final warnings pending in that department right now. If this is your account, then we have been sending warnings for months now and most recently yes, a final warning. I am sorry, but it does appear you have outgrown shared hosting.

Our hosting is not bad; it's very good for what we offer at the low price point. We make every effort to work with our clients and provide adequate warnings if there is an issue. I am sorry to hear you are unhappy. Best of luck at your other/new provider.

Thank you for providing your ticket ID. As I mentioned, this issue has been going on for months now and we had no choice but to send a final warning yesterday. Again, my apologies the hosting did not work for you.

I have been hosted with Naked Hosting on their shared hosting services for two years as well as on their dedicated hosting services since the beginning of the year and they have always been excellent in providing support whether it is by ticket or by ICQ. :2 cents: :thumbsup

I've had a mixed experience with Certified - some very good and some pretty bad (but sorted in the end).
But for any host you always have to read the small print and Certified make it clearer than many hosts what they mean by 'unlimited' and what they consider unacceptable use.

And it's pretty obvious that if you overload any shared server with heavy scripts coupled with 30k a day traffic, you're going to run into problems and need to upgrade.
This isn't rocket science.

I wouldn't be using an unlimited host for a 30K site.

It has always been, for ALL hosts offering UNLIMITED whatever ....

It is sad that hosts use this " sales angle " to acquire client ... and that users are dumb enough to actually believe it .... :2 cents:

Agreed. In their defense they hint at it:

Let us be front up with you though....We are not going to make you sift through our terms to figure out where the catch is. We have it right here in plain view so there is no misunderstandings. Great communication is key in a relationship. So, here is the deal.....if your site isn't well optimized and is causing issues for others on your shared server (either because it's abusing the CPU, hoarding up RAM, or doing loads of disk I/O), you could be in danger of account suspension.

Anyone who is not a new webmaster should know the deal.

And I see they have some weird protection deal too.

fitty .....hosts

MANN 12-07-2010 11:43 AM

I prefer to give me a bandwidth limit, but that supports scripts that most adult sites need to use.

I think certifiedhosting is good host for small sites, sites about cats, food, sites for grandmas lol
