wow thats really lame. Ive had problems with almost every carrier from time to time. especially around this time of year, i'm willing to be drivers look for packages from places like Amazon that do not require a signature and claim they are delivered and consider it a "holiday bonus"

Ok, got it all resolved for the time being. They are refunding the original purchase and I reordered the cards. There is not a way I can upgrade the shipping through amazon to require a signature on delivery but they said I could call fedex to request that myself, so that's what I'm doing. Cards should be here tomorrow.
