No its not true. And England arested him not because it was illegal in England, but because Sweden issued arrest order. So England is mentioned in vain in your OP

It wasn't for "not using a condom". Her claim is that the condom broke and he held her down and came inside of her anyway... forcing her, hence the rape charge. The woman went to the police to find out if she could force him to take an AIDS test, not to report him for rape.

What the hell is wrong with you people?

The ignorance around this whole story is truly sickening.

And for the record, I'm not saying what did or didn't actually happen, but this is what is CLAIMED to have happened and it is on that claim that the man was arrested. Not for simply not using a condom which would be fucking INSANE.
