eh? my comment that healthy eating is not theory was not a comment re: our discussion. and i don't disagree with you that a flu shot is a viable way to avoid the flu, never have. my view is that it is not the best way to strengthen the immune system/avoid the flu.

it was not my intention to come across any other way than this. :)
