In NATS on the information page is the company name then once you click next there is a place for the Payable to. My bet is that you guys used company names over payable to.

For company we put TopBucks since that's easy to pull up for people and our payable is Automatic Payment Processing which is found once you click next on the edit information page. Accounting flipped one time thinking we were putting in "TopBucks" as our payable to.

Sucks that it happened, but easy mistake to make.

Yes i hate this too,despise the fact my company name is not adult,but i really dont see need for company name listed,it's enough name and last name and address,cant be missed unless your home/office is in building.

I would like to hear damianj's opinion on adult companies sending christmas cards in the mail.

Personally I would never do it, as it seems cheesy, but I am no marketing expert. Just think that only mothers or old people get excited about receiving a paper christmas card.
