Volgens het Antilliaans Dagblad van vandaag is advocaat Daniel Zahavi aangehouden op verdenking van overtreding van de Algemene Landsverordening Landsbelastingen en daaraan gerelateerde feiten. According to the Antillean newspaper today is a lawyer Daniel Zahavi arrested on suspicion of violation of the General Land Tax Ordinance and related offenses. De advocaat werd in zijn woning aangehouden, waar tevens een huiszoeking plaatsvond. The lawyer was arrested at his home, which includes a search took place. Zahavi was tot en met gisteren nog niet voorgeleid aan de rechtercommissaris. Zahavi was not until yesterday brought before the examining magistrate. Het Openbaar Ministerie stelde enkel dat 'een advocaat is aangehouden', zonder de naam te noemen. The Public Prosecutor stated only that "a lawyer has been arrested" without naming them. Advocaat Mirto Murray bevestigde de arrestatie tegenover de krant. Lawyer Mirto Murray confirmed the arrest to the newspaper.
