I know some pretty BIG players in this industry that use gmail, yahoo, you name it.... that has nothing to do with it being a legit company or not... your a fool to think so..... |

Ya'll havin' fun jacking off each other?
I don't mind the publicity you're creating for me via all the searches, hits, ect but really.... There are about none of you who have the faintest idea what you are talking about because you do not really understand the corporate entity and structure but I am not in the education business, except for helping out my clients and customers,so you all just go right ahead and I hope you come nice. Will76 represents perhaps the most ludicrous among you but he/she/it may be able to get help; I dunno. |

Will76, were you born as you are or did you have to work at becoming such a stupid son-of-a-bitch? |

I don't know what I am talking about yet your website makes statements like " A $13 Trillion (That's $13,000,000,000,000.00) National Debt ensures that individual tax rates will go up, possibly as much as 40%!. . . which can be completely avoided by incorporating NOW! " Wow Sally, so all I have to do is set up a C corp and I can completely avoid taxes!?!? |
Looking to incorprate in KS ? this what you need to do:
1. Consult with your CPA. Setting up the wrong type of corporation could cost you a lot in taxes. Almost everyone fails to do this, then when it's time to do taxes your cpa will say "why did you do an s-corp or c-corp etc. you should have done..... " 2. Go to this URL and do it online: http://www.kssos.org/forms/forms_res...sp?division=BS 3. Any questions or concerns, research it or ask. Send me $5 for this info, thanks. P.S. Sally, you are an idiot making statements like " The "For-Profit" or "C" Corporation is the most advantageous method of establishing a business entity. " There is no one size fits all. I've had CPA and Attorney advise me to go with an LLC vs INC C-corp. I'll take their advice over Sally Rand's blank statement that C Corps are best way to go. How you incorporate depends on your situation, business etc.. there is pros and cons that need to be determined depending on the situation. A CPA is the best to tell you from a Tax standpoint, a lawyer is best from a liability/legal standpoint. If you know a lawyer or already use one they can answer that question for you without having to set up anything for you and charging you to do it. |

If you incorporate online with ANY state you MUST also have a Registered Agent, physically located in the state of incorporation and that is where most of the online incorporators get you................ They will provide Registered Agent service for 6 months and then bill the Hell out of you for the remaining 6 months. Don't pay it and your corporation will then lack "Good Standing" and you are fucked. My service provides for a Registered Agent for the initial one-year life of the corp and continued RA service when the corp is renewed through my service. As I have written many times, I do NOT rely on SEO traffic; preferring more direct marketing approaches. I do not suck at the dick of the Great God Google. Anyone can go online to the KS Secretary of State site and incorporate but the Registered AGent bugaboo will hang you up as the RA must be real, as they check. The physical address requirement will kick you in the balls......you don't have one....I do. Suck it up. You wrote: "LOL i've guarantee you that I've owned and incorporated more companies over the last 10 years than you have for your *clients*" Sally writes: Since I have set up several hundred corporations for people, I just do fuckin' doubt that but you have nice day, ya hear? |
a corporation c will set you free.

I had a long drawn out post with with all of the complexities and benefits of corporation in particular states, but just deleted the whole post because i really don't think you would even understand what i was talking about. This is because you have no understanding on what you are talking about. You are a waste of a nick that has no business on this board. I wasn't even trying to troll you, but i now do understand why nobody likes you. Why are you even here? What business do you have on this board? Do you have any? |

When you incoporprate in a given state, your resident agent must be physically located in the state of registration. Example: if you live in Cali and incorporate in Delaware, you cannot be your own registered agent as you are not physically located in Delaware and must therefore pay for reigistered agent service in Delawre, thus adding to your cost. This is true for all states and a P.O. Box is not acceptable. Physical address only. |

The benefits apply to the corporatioin, regardless of where and how it does biz. |

There ultimately is no way to hide who you are. You could always start a new INC and make the owner another INC, but that train will stop somewhere, and your name as the owner will be given. besides, if you did something to be sued, any decent lawyer is going to find out who owns the company. There is nothing wrong with putting yourself as the agent. I know good attorneys who start a new business and list themselves as the agent. INC's are not bullet proof anyway, it's not impossible to pierce the corporate veil especially if you did something illegal. Not so much for out standing debts of the company, but if something major happens there is a decent chance they going to get you. So what do you do in Adult biz again ? |

It is entirely possible for you to be able to control and run the corporation in complete anonymity and in such a manner that only a court order or valid subpoena issued by a court of competent jusridiction can delve in. Supoeanas can be resisted in court as well, through the filing of a response. You do not have to be doing anything illegal to desire anonymity in business dealings. You do not even need to own any stock in the corp to be able to control it if and only if you know what you are doing. |
I want to be set free...

Owwww waally wand says to hide my identity on my INC so I don't have to pay taxes, be anonymous, and can't be sued... its the wally wand secret bullet proof INC methods... now only $299. |

I did write that using existing tax laws in a legal manner can indeed result in a tax due of zero and I am correct in that assertion. I did not say that you cannot be sued but I did write that with the proper use of a corporation, you can shield yourself from personal liability. I did write that I often use a little-known but perfectly legal method of concealing the identity of the person who is actually running the corp and I do use that method quite successfully. I did not write that I use any "secret inc methods"; all that stuff is standardized and you know it. It's what you do with the corp after you establish it that makes all the difference in the world. |

You are signed up to 50 adult "networks" ? Do you mean affiliate programs, or are these network things something new I missed ? Your logic is twisted. You say you wont post which adult sites you own because people are going to fuck you with them, but yet you post your INC site here which you claim is making you thousands of dollars... :1orglaugh So per you own logic, you INC site must not be making shit (big surprise) or you wouldn't have posted it here. BTW (guy pretending to be a twat), I never said post your sites. I asked what exactly you do in adult. Quote:

You think so! Pull that one out of your ass, did you? You must be: (1) a law student who has no knowledge of how things work (2) A lawyer trying to convince people that your serivies are NEEDED. Lawyer= DEAL KILLER! (3) A halfwit simply trolling. You have merely demonstrated your near complete ignorance of how the real world works but that is OK with me. Other than the typo, wherein my post did I suggest that anyone attempt to illegally avoid taxes? Nexus Schmexus. You'd better tell Ford Motor Company that it is illegal or at least complete your 101 course in corporate law: http://www.marketwatch.com/investing/stock/F/profile "Ford Motor Company was incorporated in Delaware in 1919. The Company is a producer of cars and trucks. It and its subsidiaries also engage in other businesses, including financing vehicles. It operates in two sectors: Automotive and Financial Services. It sells cars and trucks throughout the world. ... " Ford Motor Company has not, does not and never will build shit in Delaware. Kansas corporate laws were modeled on those of Delaware and enacted in 1938 and with very minor exceptions are quite the same. Now you go back to your frat house and have a few beers, 'cause you sure don't know shit about corporations. Thanks for looking and please stay the fuck away, mkay? And Merry Fucking Christmas! |
