Hard to badmouth a company that's been in this business for nearly 60 years. People who haven't been in it 6 years should keep quiet. Because it's unlikely they will be in it for the next 6.

There is not much to badmouth about Playboy. The only thing I can say is financial statements of Playboy show losses of income for some recent past years.

I really do not have the heart to say anything bad about Playboy. I grew up 'enjoying' those rags and Hugh has been my hero since puberty

I never once promoted them. couldn't imagine someone signing up for an online version of their magazine... always seemed like it was the cheap people looking for free pics from the latest magazine.

My only complaint really is the one trip we did to the mansion, the guys that were on my bus were complete d-bags who should of never been allowed to go to a party like this. Should of been only people in the industry, not "my friend works there and got us free passes" kind of shit.

Always prefered Penthouse to Playboy when reading skin mags back in the day.

There were shooters here in LA that worked for Adult.com who would tell models they were shooting for Playboy. And some of these idiot models actually thought they'd be in Playboy magazine.

Yea - from me as well.

They kinda lost their way over the years but at one time, they were the shit. For me personally, they helped me to define what kind of photographer that I wanted to be and how I wanted my stuff to look.

Hef's an icon, nothing bad to say about him. He still looks good for a guy in his 80s, for crying out loud! They could have adapted to the intternet age better, but still the brand has a special appeal for many men and even young females. I had the pleasure of shooting some of the original season of "Playboy's Sexy Girls Next Door" tv show here South Florida back in the late 90's and I hope that the new management under Hef finds a way to continue successfully
