I never agree with what TheDoc has to say, but I will agree with this.

It's not like Epassporte suddenly disappeared and was never heard of. It was an orchestrated fraud, in-which Epass assured people that they would get paid, (stringing them along until assets were re-appropriated by statue law).

Is that proof that these specific employees had a hand in defrauding us? Absolutely not. However, some of these employees spoke on their behalf, whether or not they had knowledge of the situation will never be known.

Without directly making accusations, I think it's fair to assert doing business with anyone that worked for epassporte is not a wise decision. :2 cents: It would be nice to have a dedicated thread with names of anyone associated to that company and which company they now work for.

I think it's fair to have the right to make business decisions based on who people were previously associated with. Those people have the right to explain their situation, and we have the right to make a judgment call.

I'm with DEA on this one, at least in regards to the people who were actually running those companies. Michael obviously didn't have anything to do with the epass problems. DEA, you need to drop going after the reps, makes your argument look silly and pisses a lot of people off.

CEO's of a company on the other hand, they know what was going on and very likely were involved with the demise of a company. No proof needed, they are the CEO, to think they didn't know what was going on or weren't involved is naive. We not talking about a sales rep but the highest position in the company. If they are not responsible then who is?

The FACT of the matter is a lot of these upper level employees jump from one failing billing company to starting a new one. History has shown the these type of people screw up over and over again. I think it is good public knowledge for people to know the previous track record of the person in charge of the current billing company they want to use.

But then again, it's the adult industry. People are dumb as rocks. They can get scammed today, the person can say "sorry" change his company name and come back the next day and continue to scam the same people over and over again.

DEA, don't waste your time. Let the people who don't care continue to get burned. I've made long "informative" posts showing what these people have done and no one gives a shit. I know who to do business with and who not to and that is all really care about any more. If people want to be dumb as rocks, let them get what they deserve. That IMDB info on Shaliza was there before the Epass crash and I doubt they update often. Mallick is the one who sunk the ship and anything else is speculative time wasting. I'm not buying any bridges from these folks but condemning them or their new employers by association is not just at this point.

-Third, her primary function at epassporte was Managing (including transferring) Large Amounts of Cash in and out of master account.

-Fourth, one of the Few bits of information one can find about her (besides being "hot") is primarily her role in fraudulently transferring domains (in secret) from one person over to another "boss".

While this does not prove she did anything wrong in this particular situation, one would be foolish not to observe and wonder.


-Fifth I Hope these threads keep getting posted. Many people got Fucked out of alot of hard earned money.

Lastly: Mallick emailed me in December after I made MANY attempts to contact him using various methods (including driving to his home on Tax Records). He made a promise to pay by a certain date in December and I gave him my wire instructions (he asked me for my wire info)

He didn't pay and he disappeared, not responding to any of the methods used before or his email. He simply ran like a coward and hid.
Unless he is in prison or dead, this is the testament to his character.

It might be the case that the monies will be returned to everyone after a quarterly banking reconciliation period but I wouldn't count on it.
