Been having back problems for 2 weeks now (pain in the neck) New mattress is in order dudes and im personally thinking of getting a massage aswell. Woke up one morning hurting like a bitch - back/neck, felt like my spine was being ripped out. Everyones saying buy 'hard' beds - they support you fully & you wont get any problems.
