I was never a metalhead, always more of a ska/punk kid with some locale based ghetto influences... but growing up all my best friends were, and I ended up engaged to one. It's had a slight influence over time.

I agree Maiden should definitely be in there. What about Suicidal Tendencies? One of my favorites along with a bunch of "Hair Metal" shit that I am still a fan of Like Crue or W.A.S.P.

I like more MegaDeth, Metallica, Testament, Sepultura, godsmack, korn, creed, maybe you can say thrash metal.

I need to check them out more. I know they were opening for metallica and then just kinda fell off.
