you see nothing wrong with just taking the photos and posting them on your site and even offering the zipped set for download? have you thought about copyright and/or the fact that somebody owns the rights to those pictures?

My way of looking at it is that the magazine wants publicity, they know that the more people who know Kelly Brook has done this photoshoot, then the more people who will then Google around and find out which magazine she's posed for. The magazine isn't currently well known. It would be different if she posed in Playboy

I'm sure they paid Kelly a huge sum of money for this, so they are going to want the maximize publicity, but I do think I should get rid of that zip and mention the name of their magazine, which I will do
