Has anybody ever made YOU the scapegoat for millions of dollars? If MO was in on this little Ponzi scheme, he would be in Cabo tag-teaming Shaliza (or maybe Giovanni?!?) right now, not posting a review of Chris Mallick's extra little publicity for Middle Men ... I lent Michael money on several occasions in the past, that he always paid back on or before the date he told me it would be paid back ... and I would do it again without thinking about it. Michael is as much a victim here as we all are, perhaps even more, as neither you nor I were left to explain to 100,000 cardholders where their money was .. |

so basically the whole story about epassporte not having access to the wallet funds was a lie...not that its new to anyone..as Visa and SKNAB both confirmed that in SEPTEMBER 2010 ! and its true...all the "bros" who had the resources to actually do something about this were all paid off.....wich is why ..like epassporte..they have slithered away or kept mum on this situation. Also..i remeber stating the fact..no offense but... Michael O was just a voice piece and was sayung what he was told..only knew what he was told and..in the end woul dbe left hung out to dry holdng an empty bag. Thanks Micahel for shedding somemore light on the situation..but i really feel the need to add..its seems to me..that..if you got your severence pay and you were showed a little more respect durng the last days....you would have never stated any of this.:2 cents: |
Reading the article I suspect the loss of Visa was a major blow. Then he decided to pull up the drawbridge on whatever was left. Without Visa pulling out I think Epass would still be going. It was as the article said, a cash cow.
And there's still money left somewhere. If he's still funding movies he was left with something from who and where we don't know. |

I got my severance pay after asking for it. Back in late September and the start of October I thought one thing but what I have been hearing from others and thinking about what happened I have drawn a different conclusion. Its simple, where are the Wallet funds. 1) They are being held somewhere by either Visa (unlikely) or the bank. If thats the case why not come out and say it, he never said anything about the funds. 2) Funds were in a bank somewhere in an account controlled by Mallick by his own admission. Why have it not been released to people? I can only draw one conclusion as to where the money is. This hurt a lot of people both personally and business wise and I know more than anyone else how many people counted on their ePassporte funds on a day to day basis. How can I support Chris in any way, fact is people not getting their money is his responsibility no matter how you spin it. Anyone from ePassporte still associating themselves with him is just as responsible for what happened in my eyes. |

I hope some lawyers for people whom lost money are reading this. MO sounds like a good Plaintiff witness to me... :thumbsup ADG |
We want Chris in jail!

maybe the money hasnt been released because its no longer there to be released...cant give out what you dont have....except for maybe the little "nest egg" you tucked away in case of emergency ;) really i think we would all like to know 2 things : why visa terminated thier relationship with epassporte...(not sure you would be able to answer that though but maybe you can offer your own personal opinon why??) where the money is now ..if there is any? (know you cant answer that because you already asked the same questions yourself) Bascially this whole ordeal is over..unless somone actually retains an attorney and takes mallick to court.:2 cents: who knows maybe thats all it takes to get your money back..have a lawyer notify his lawyer a client intends to sue..and maybe they make an out of court offer to pay you what your owed as long as you sign a non-disclouse..wich is why all the "bros" are silent.:Oh crap CJM ...since you are reading this ..here is an idea for your next movie script: Middle Men 2 successfull internet guys tries to make it big in hollywood..gets strung along by movie exces about how his life story script is amazing..but they cant afford to use thier money to make movie..so internet guys uses his "monies in motion"to fund movie....bunch of movie industry people, actors, etc make alot of money..but..movie bombs...internet guys loses all his "monies in motion" and his cash cow for 2nd time.... Movie ending: Panning out from kitchen table where you are eating lobster sandwich watching CNBC news segement on how online poker is huge right now..then more panning out to show mansion and nice cars and ..then audio clip of you on phone asking mystery man "hey so what do you think about setting up an online casino?" P.S send me a consulting fee before you use the idea or ill see you in court ;) |

My only objection to your story was my original one, it seemed to me that Mallick was allowed to control the slant, but as you say, without verifiable on record sources to dispute his version, what can you really do... I'd bet that most of the people who aren't willing to come forward with their names and say they lost money are still, somewhere, somehow, hoping that their money will magically appear and they'll be paid -- if they don't speak up about it. Too many times in this industry it's gone this way -- the big fish who will sue get their money first, then the ones that make enough threats get theirs next -- usually with NDAs to keep the lid on who got what. And who is to say that if anyone puts something forth that can't be supported 100% that they won't find themselves on the receiving end of a lawsuit? Intimidation is always a factor when people start naming names and recalling conversations, etc. mostly because people can't afford to defend themselves in a big, ugly lawsuit and can't you just see that coming if even one minor fact wasn't perfect in the recounting? |

article didn't do it for me. never got across the fact that most peoples money in the epass wallet disappeared. how much it disrupted things an adult. almost made mallick a sympathetic character.
|
What a bunch of bullshit trying to say the majority of the people still waiting for their money are fraudsters.. and if Mallick were really so down on himself why doesn't he do the world a favor and put a gun in his mouth.
If he really cared so much about what people are saying I think he would at least pay the people with the epassporte/mallick scam sites. Is he really that broke? What's the hold up? |

Makes you wonder what he is thinking calling people fraud sters, while as Michael O said, there is only one conclusion to be drawn about where everyone's money really is or was. What is the answer to this question about Oxymoron Entertainment? |
