I see... well, that will save me some typing. :)

When/if you get to the point where finding out whether Noah and The Flood story is even an original Hebrew tale, you know where to start.

I believe I gave you many links for this which you said didn't suffice, then you said you wanted only peer reviewed links.
Honestly, I remembered the articles as discussing the possibility of a regional flood. Were they suggesting a world-wide flood?

I had no problem accepting the possibility of a regional flood, which is what your articles were about. Worldwide flood with all the animals in an Ark... Yeah, I take issue with that belief and you have not provided any evidence for that.

Here's a great article on the WORLDWIDE FLOOD and even charts flood narratives from ALL OVER THE WORLD http://www.nwcreation.net/noahlegends.html

You refuse to answer my post about the children that God murdered.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plagues_of_Egypt

Killing Caanites.

http://www.facingthechallenge.org/joshua6.php

Jericho

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Jericho

These are just 2 examples where God commanded the Jews to kill children. The examples of where this happens isn't confined to the Judaism. It goes through many religion, Musim, Christian and even Sun worshipers.

So either God is evil or religion is evil. Maybe some would like to shift the blame away from them to religion, like they do with guns. Absolving themselves from the blame.

Then if you look deeper you have to wonder if any God is just a figment of peoples imagination to use religion to carry out their evil deeds, gain power and make money. Or shift the blame. Like the Nazis many religious people claim to be doing under the orders of a higher power. Hitler of God.

Thereby in their heads absolving them of the blame.

The number #1 killer of all time by the way.

I just can't understand why someone educated with all his brain, believe in such crap, all made up by men.

Anyways...

Lost cause.

Well I wasn't trying to convince you so I didn't provide evidence of a worldwide flood, although it was a possibility. There's no evidence that it couldn't happen either so we just left it at that.

The flood that led to many stories around the World is put down to the last Ice Age. When the ice surrounding the enormous lake, that was where the Great Lakes are now, melted and cause sea levels to rise. It cause the flooding of a lake in the location of todays Black Sea.

The World Wide spread of the story is very logically explained by flooding and Tsunamis not being isolated one off events.

As early man had no understanding of these things. What a great way for the priests and rulers to control their people. Do as we tell you God commands or perish in a flood.

The problem with the Ark story is easy to explain. The Ark wasn't big enough to carry all the creatures on the Earth at that time, only big enough to carry the animals the people telling the story thought existed. And even if it just carried them, it was not big enough and not sea worthy.

Plus the technology of the time, it couldn't be built. Nice story to frighten the kids with. Just like the big bad bogey man. In reality more bullshit.

If you want to read a modern bullshitter tripping out illogical crap to answer critics with the truth http://www.christiananswers.net/crea...tastrophe.html

"It's in the Bible so it must be true." Even though the bible is bullshit.
