And the government bastards are giving tickets for safetybelts. But when i want to buy a realy save car, there is a luxury tax so that car is 3 times more expensive than anywhere in the world?? How many people would have survived car accidents when they would have driven a Mercedes instead of a Opel? And the new BMW are even better for the environment than most Opels. To collect money the government plays with our lives. The americans are complaining, and they are right! If you don't complain the government wll fuck you like they do here. Public transport sucks here. |

Looks like I'll be breaking out the mountain bike a little more than usual this year. |
So how many miles do you guys do on a gallon?
|
We pay ~$1.50 per litre here for premium (98RON) which is ~$5.60 a gallon (AUD). With current AUD - USD conversions, that would be about $500 USD.
|
Netherlands: $8.77 for 1 gallon reg fuel, $9.10 for 98RON and $7.24 for 1 gallon of diesel
so stop complaining! |

almost $7,50 here in Poland (and even more expensive in germany), and i still drive an SUV.
We would LOVE to be paying $4-5, even $6/gal |
You can't even get LPG here for that price. Running my bbq costs more then running a car in USA...
|
Stop crying, In Sweden it's like $7.4 for a gallon.
But I think it's good, people use their cars too much anyway. Use your fucking legs or get a bike. |

Where we live now, you have to take 2 buses to get from our house to the city centre... its a 10 min drive but turns into an hours travelling. At least from our place in Scotland there is several buses that hit Glasgow City Centre, not to mention trains. |

I've been walking for over a year now. The grocery is a half mile away and I walk with my own cart and re-usable bags. I would not do 26 miles though!

Just do like me before the crisis, buy commodities.
Make profit of the rising oil prices. |
I wouldn't mind of the money went to something good, but gas companies re crooked greedy gangs.
