Some laws should be harmonized so they are the same in all jurisdictions, and this is one.

Yep, it's become another word like "terrorist" or "rape"

I always thought a "terrorist" was somebody wearing a ski mask with a machine gun. Now it's pretty much any 19 year old kid with a m-80 firecracker in his underwear.
