You are wrong here. NKVD was not RUSSIAN, it was SOVIET organization ruled by people of different nationality (mostly Jews and Georgians), and NKVD didn't kill only Ukrainians, it did kill millions of people in the USSR. The biggest part of killed were Russians (simple because they were the majority in the USSR).

What about starvation, so it also wasn't happened only in Ukraine. It was everywhere in the USSR those times. And every region has his own butcher who was taken a decision to confiscate grain (the main food for those times). For example in Ukraine the role of butcher was played by Vlas Chubar - the chairman of SNK Ukrainian Soviet Socialistic Republic. Yes, you got his name right - the bastard was Ukrainian. So not some unknown Russian guy has initiated starvation in Ukraine. It was an Ukrainian commie with a name, biography and picture:

As I said above, many other regions of the USSR were hit by starvation and many millions people of that multi-national country have died of it. Don't blame Russians, blame COMMIES.

Russia looks good in pictures with a good camera angles. A lot of smart people.
But in most cases a lot of aggression. People rarely smile from the good. More like laugh with someone else.
Highly developed caste system. People on the good cars are cool. Officials have likened to the gods - they are all allowed. The police are working for themselves.
BTW, the same in Ukraine.

However, Russia is very huge and there are lots of much better (I mean the weather and nature) places. I'd say thousands of times better than gloomy holland and other dwarf northern countries :2 cents:

Its grey but its also very criminal and very corrupt and ive had first hand experience of the kind of poor ethics of dealing with Russians in business. Also its kind of a criminal state when you look at what has happened to the likes of Khodorkhovsky.

Khodorkovsky is just a one single man. How many innocent people will be killed by criminal UK gang in Libya? How many you have killed in tortured in Iraq and Afghanistan? How could you compare internal crime in Russia with external military crime of the UK???

Actually if youre Russian then im surprised youve got that insight because you're spot on. People who live in the UK will always sing its praises and it has a lot going for it but the UK has major issues with street crime, binge drinking and anti-social behaviour etc and there is something seriously dysfunctional about certain parts of UK society. Your photos illustrate this particularly well.

So I agree with you about that and I agree that action on Libya is way out of order but still Russia has its own issues..... corruption is one of them and people are scared to do business in Russia. When you see Khodorkhovsky you see an entrepreneur who rose to the top and rose to the chop.

Khodorkhovsky is not an angel. He is a very serious criminal w/o any doubts. In the USA he will get about 200 years of prison (how do you think it's possible to make billions of dollars from nothing, if he hasn't invented anything?) The only one thing I can agree with you is that he was convicted because of politics and/or money (which is actually the same). So now he is in jail while all other criminals who robbed my country with him are free and "respectable" people.

It would be fair if ALL their gang join Khodorkhovsky for the rest of their fucking lives. In this case it won't be politics anymore :2 cents:
