Hi All - I'm not looking to stir up any trouble and/or cause any drama.....but thought I'd jump in and give my :2 cents:
First and foremost... Michael and the entire Webair crew are nothing but professional and always available for their clients. They rock! As for Michael and I a "banging".... I'd love nothing more to do so however Michael and I are great friends - and he was only going to bat for me when he replied to AaronM's post. AaronM - If you had an issue with me or Moniker, there was no reason to verbally and publically attack me. There are other ways of communicating. I'm sorry for any inconvenience Moniker had caused you. The past is the past, it's there for a reason. Let's leave it there and hopefully try and make peace. I am attending the Phoenix Forum so there's a good chance I won't be back online....at least for a while anyway. Have a great weekend! :winkwink: |

Im not anyones side here, but will say offering virtual hosting can lead to numerous "insert hosting co. here...sucks!!" it is in art form that most hosts wont /cant deal with to have thousands of webmasters hammering your virtual servers and takes great skill to tend to the madness...we love it will keep on doing it...see my sig!!!!

Last I checked hardware does go bad, especially hardware that is 7+ years old. Other than that, over the 7 years did you have any other bad experiences with them? Sounds like if you would have kept a copy of your important stuff local (something everyone should do) then you would have had zero problems. Hard ware problems over the course of 7 years is to be expected from time to time. Even if you had a backup with them, I would have kept a copy of exclusive content locally along with any important scripts etc. |
