I'm new to it all but the volcano doesn't really touch me...or I might get a little buzz for a short time but very short and then it is gone. The only other way I have tried so far is with gel caps and they get me WAY too gone to the point of non-comfortable black outs and it lasts for way too many hours.

Doesn't dissolve into the water just gets stuck in the water.
