The smart thing to do is to pay it off as fast as you can. So, you do the opposite :thumbsup:upsidedow

Looks like your sales have been going down. Back in the park for you again soon ?

not making interest only payments :warning:warning:warning:warning:warning

Income is steady at $2000pw

Next 4 weeks pays, last pay has 1 projected day (%)

Quote:

26 Mar $6640 $2324 19 April
2 Apr $4652 $1628 26 April
9 Apr $6283 $2199 3 May
16 Apr $6000% $2100 10 May

I could cut 36% pa interest by paying Rick back on the capital.

Obviously I can make more than 36% pa returns advertising CamGirls.com

Advertising will get the loan paid back in 1 lump sum by the end of the year. :thumbsup

2k per week but yet you have to beg programs to pay you early so you dont have to live in a park?

something obviously is wrong here.

if you cant afford to pay rent while making 8k a month, you need to rethink your daily spending.

thats if you really are making that. since no program owner will come forward and verify you as an affiliate.

The Streamate guy in another thread warned cam girls because he does decent with them and it's growing. He has to be doing somewhat well for SM to put up with all that shit.

And then the bank statement ... Look at the size of the withdrawals. I think we want to believe no one can suck at money management this much, but he does.

cam_girls 04-15-2011 07:50 PM

Don't mention my name again if this is the repsponse I get.

Streamate was BEHIND 2 weeks pay.

Where do you come up with so much BS.

Yes $2K a week after a long time in the red, you can't suddenly start a nest egg on $2K.

Sounds like "famous last words" to me. Just like your other plans that never turned out as you thought. You should learn to take the safe route, but then again if you did that you wouldn't be going bust all the time and ending up in the park sleeping on a bench.

The camgirls.com interest payments are only 20% of income.

So you say income is $2k per week which makes interest being $400 per week.....

You quote interest at 36% per annum so I will guess you are paying 3% per month and have just multiplied it for annual?

So $400 x 52 weeks / 12 months = $1733 per month.....

so $1733 would be 3% of about $58,000.....

That would mean that you pawned camgirls.com for less than $60k ?

I hope you at least enjoyed that $60k, and didn't use all of it to support traffic buying for a domain that you paid $350k for its type in value?

I am sorry mate but it really does seem like you are fighting a losing battle here. Simple maths. If it was me I would be listening to offers that enabled me to come out of this with something.

BAKO 04-15-2011 08:26 PM

Dont know why but i kind of like camgirls dude, Hit me up if you need anything :)

lagcam 04-16-2011 10:21 PM

So how would you value something like this?

Based on value of loans given out? based on a multiple of interest income receivable on current loans? based on value of domains holding as security?

I would imagine some kind of a combination. Considering loans could end up being defaulted upon with interest income ceasing and loan principal not being repaid forcing a sale of the asset at an unknown price OR the loan could be paid off in full one day after the sale, meaning a cash lump comes in but no future income.

You would probably need to look at each domain loaned against and make assumptions on an individual basis.

Certainly one of the more potentially interesting domain sales in my opinion....
