Why the fuck would you use US banks for gambling. |
|
FTP processed CCs under a MCC that had nothing to do with gambling.
|
Why .com shouldn't be controlled by the US
|
fulltiltpoker.com still works here, but a whois lookup does show they've been hijacked:
Domain Name: FULLTILTPOKER.COM Registrar: SAFENAMES LTD Whois Server: whois.safenames.net Referral URL: http://www.safenames.net Name Server: NS1.CIRFU.NET Name Server: NS2.CIRFU.NET Status: clientDeleteProhibited Status: clientTransferProhibited Status: clientUpdateProhibited Status: serverDeleteProhibited Status: serverTransferProhibited Status: serverUpdateProhibited Updated Date: 15-apr-2011 |
Unreal ... I didn't think the day would come.

The reason I wouldn't fully agree is because these companies were obiously breaking the law. PartyPoker.com and many others are still alive and well because they follow rules or use proper practice. When I was first starting out online I was looking into poker/gambling as a niche to look into and maybe build something in. And the first thing I noticed before any other was "Do Not Bank with the US" Simple, they always suggested using Gibraltar/Cyprus/other offshore locations. Don't use US hosting was another one. As for using a .com domain that wasn't an issue from what I had seen. If the US had full control of the .com domains then sites like tradetang.com would be taken offline instantly (95% of the stuff sold there is illegal/copied) Will be interesting to see what else comes up with these recent "crack downs" |
ub.com has gone for me now aswell.

Also, try as possible to use offshore registrars ( like in France, Spain, etc... ) . Again, not an affilate , but an actual registrar like http://www.gandi.net/ ( Their catch line is " no bs " ...lol ) :1orglaugh |

well, its good, less people will lose money now.
Those poker websites were stealing peoples money, millions every day. Im glad that americans are now not able to play poker online and get scammed by poker sites. Poker is 99% luck anyways. You can't pretend to make money gambling, be realistic. |

Well thank you for watching out for me. Now go read your fucking bible, its almost Sunday. |
I just won about $250 on pokersrs in a sit n go, never even realised this shit was going on. It's pretty fucked up is this is legit. All the poker pros play online poker these days.

If you're a crap poker player then yes you will lose money. |
just legalize poker and tax it. just like medical marijuana. tons of possible revenue via those two possible. US is getting ridiculous on these fronts. People who had money in FTP and PS accounts are screwed.
