Who spends 350K for a domain name (every penny to their name) just to make it a white label site. The only "value" he is getting from the domain purchase is the SE placement and little type in traffic. Sure he is making a couple thousand gross, but how much of that is from him spending money to buy traffic? Think of all the traffic he could have bought for his white label site if he registered a $10 domain. He wouldn't have had to sleep in the park either.

He went about it all wrong. Domains and even type in traffic mean hardly nothing anymore. Sure they are good to have but not to base your entire investment off.
