Webair are great people and have always gone out of their way to help me even when it wasn't in their interest to do so. They care about their company's reputation just like i care about mine and we take it very personally when someone attacks it.

I just think the way this issue should have been handled is in private and there is no need to run their name thru the mud like this. If you want attention why not pick up the phone and CALL them instead of posting a nasty thread like this?

webair is NOT a top notch host, can't believe you went with them. There are much better options.
