I don't mind taking a few minutes of my time to post about this stuff, even if it only gets through to or matters to a small amount of people. It's not like I am wasting hours a day on this stuff. At most it took me an hour to put this thread together and couple minutes to bump it here and there. People waste more time on here arguing about politics or would you hit it threads. I guess this is how I prefer to blow off a little steam and waste a few minutes of my time. I can't work 24/7.

Not everyone in the biz posts here........many I know that do post here post rarely. Every little board has it's own crowd.........but just because you don't see hundreds of webmasters posting on GFY about this doesn't mean the majority of the industry has sold out. I think if anything most are just tired of all the drama and are struggling to keep afloat.

Myself, I feel no other issue has the importance of the .xxx issue and how it plays out so I've come to the one place where the cat gets dragged out in the open.

I admit I've given Will shit before (doubt he even remembers it) but I am 100% behind him on this. As for the cries of 'shit stirring' it's those who shine the light in the shadows that improve the industry for all us.

Speaking of best interests... have any of the proud supporters or sponsors chimed in at all in this or the other thread? Where are the questions... where is the outrage? If there was speculation that your sponsorship dollars were potentially directly or indirectly funding something that either undermined your business, or worse yet, can put you out of business... wouldn't you demand answers?? Perhaps that is going on behind the scenes, but I'm not seeing it here. Do you just stand idly by and accept that there is a big cloud over it all and just ignore it and hope for the best?

Do you guys go off on the Banks this much or Insurance companies, which have and will continue to fuck us all over, and say one thing and do another... far more than .xxx will ever do?

What has .xxx done to hurt your business or life? I can name 3 trillion reasons why/how banks & insurance companies screwed us over, but I can't think of one thing .xxx has done to my business, country or life.

I'm not in the insurance business. I agree we should be really pissed at the Federal Reserve, J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs.

How about the IMF? How about the Federal government in the U.S.? How about the oil companies? How many different subjects would you like to discuss here........or could we just concentrate on this right now so we can at least try to understand who exactly in OUR BUSINESS is trying to fuck us this time?
