I'm glad you quit smoking cigs, I know I felt better when I quit ages ago. I think the only reason I smoked was boredom and I lived right near Philip Morris.

I haven't felt better quite yet as I'm still craving them when stressed, when having a coffee, having a martini, after dinner and hell just in general. LOL

As for the boob exposure.....remember.....that is only ever in person.....there is never to be exposure on the boards. LOL

45 days strong now and am very happy with what I have achieved and I intend on keeping it that way. All you have to have is the will power to stop. You can do it!! :)
