I would never work for a company that would have me as an employee.

That is one of things which i hate in Europe Bureaucracy-if you have company registered as limited liability,then you need to hire yourself officially and do many nonsense things,like for example if you have your own space,then you need to rent from yourself to company and company need to pay rent every month.
