blah blah... he doesn't have to upload your content to his site, all he has to do is allow a user submitted function and make fake users and then pay some indians to upload through those user accounts then its all legit.... once the site gets going he wont have to do even that, just leave the user submit function wide open and enough people will do the dirty work for him and it will be all legal. then you cant sue him. :thumbsup

will76, as gideon pointed out... if he hides in a country and does not follow DMCA, he loses safe harbor, and I can sue him. If he follows DMCA, I really do not care since then I can get all the content removed...

U dont even need Idians to do it. I quickly found out by the amount of videos being submitted by users on a tube which i used to own. If you have a social tube site it very quickly picks up momentum and gets listed very quickly in places like the OV Guide, vidohe.com, fileshare.ws (now shutdown lol) and a load of other places. Sufers want the tubes and there is nothing nobody can do about it :2 cents:
