Linked in just went to IPO and shot up in price once it went live. FFN went from $10 to $5 in just 2 weeks. Yes it closed at $5 today. Pretty sad and they lost almost 4M in 2011 1Q this company just keeps losing money and going further into debt and now faces huge lawsuits. Lawsuits that also involve their biggest affiliates, which isn't good business for them at all but what do expect from a company that had the domain "facebookofsex". FFN on the other hand, opened at $10 and been dropping like a rock ever since. They are around 350M in debt, which is coming due in couple years and have lost like 40M in the last couple years. LOST< the company loses a couple million dollars a month. Their shit has been played out and they are about to get slammed by facebook. Who in their right mind would buy that fucking stock. (besides Sleazy if he had the money).

miss management, a porn mag business that should have been shut down years ago that is losing all kinds of money and will only get worst... even with affiliates, paying high PPS can get you burned, large overhead and and expenses, lawsuits, legal issues... there is a lot more to a company then just affiliate payments.

The reason it went up is they released their financials. They lost less this quarter versus the same quarter last year. This (I'm guessing) is what caused the temporary uptick in the stock price. Day high was $6.44. Now it's already back down below $6. Give it a couple more weeks and it will be trading in the $3's.

Pretty sure the reason they operate at a loss on a monthly basis is the interest payments they make on the $500M plus in debt. They don't have the operating profit to make those interest payments and stay in the black. That's why they pushed almost all of the $50M raised at the debt and cut it from $550M to little over $500M.
