And how do you know he didn't get it already, maybe his issues fixed, paid out, and he went back to work for years... maybe it was hurt before or after he worked for them.

Maybe he didn't want to put up with the bullshit, paper work, or give a fuck and just said fuck you people I'm tired and took the easy way out?
Same union, teamsters, enough said, he was a moron, or are you going to defend Someone that robbed a bank?

Okay, let's stick to the subject.

What is the Republican plan to fix our broken healthcare system?

I think it is total BS, but both sides passed it here.
You have to report the injury immediately when it happened, and if you can't, the over time could of been caused by a childhood injury or some shit they say.

Just a FYI... As I live in one of the worse work comp states.

most coke employee's are teamsters, he should have got it handled while working

I'm saying the depression was worse and that president went on to serve two terms.

Based off your direction, Obama will now serve two terms.

Different laws in different States change union/teamster laws, rules, employee rules, corps, etc in every aspect..... end of story!

You have no idea if he tried to get help first, you call him a moron with any knowledge of him and you wonder why someone might defend a man that stole $1 so he could get help?

And it's still very much a fact that if a Republican steps out of party line, they're fucked.

No I just said it was the worse shellacking since the depression, I never said anything about Obama losing his second term did I?

I hate the POTUS, has nothing to do with his party, it has to do with him being a bad leader.

That's a matter of opinion... If you go through and look at actual history and see which seats were predicted to flip vs. those that were truly voted in, you can find many times throughout history where other Presidents got hammered far worse. The reason it didn't slide more was some seats aren't always up, others are guaranteed to stay the same and did for a very long time.

The 2010 flip was expected to be BIGGER than it was, before Obama was President, really was only a few seats that were like, oh damn, we didn't expect that.

Again, you assume he didn't get it and that he couldn't or didn't work again, clearly not needing WC.

Btw, some States have laws that force it, others don't... just as one of like 10k differences between States.

Correct, I don't get people that stab at the other party then say they hate both sides.

Honestly, I believe the information and sources of information you have that actually cover what Obama has and hasn't done is very skewed making your own opinions about him misguided.

We've talked about many things over the last couple of years, and many many many many many times over you've been shown what the truth is, what really happened, and the next week you will ignore the proof shown before you and continue on with your normal misguided rants. I'm not the only one to point this out either.

It's still the biggest shellacking since the depression, no getting around that and thats all I stated, shows people are a little pissed at the way things are going, but the Tea Party could be ignored as well

NC has a pretty good Workman's Comp program, I looked it up, he has slipped disc's from working as a loader for Coca Cola, trust me in the fact that I know what that job is and that Workman's Comp will not question it, given time at the job and his age.

Misguided according to who? people have different views of the world around them, I never trusted Obama, he promised too much, then delivered what he could for brownie points. Without benefiting the country, your opinion is different.
Seems a lot of people feel the same way I do, like the 53% Favor Repeal of Health Care Law, 49% Say Measure Bad For Country according to Rasmussen

32% percent think the healthcare law will be good for the country, thats probably made up of the people that don't have healthcare right now. Funny how people react when they think they are getting something for free

As far as hating both sides, the GOP went south when they got Bush and started getting the religious right involved. And I think they have no balls right now that they have control of one of the houses. Thats not what they promised and next term, I say throw them out.

I'm not sure why this is hard for you to understand... you can easily look it up, whatever you think the reason is or why, is completely backwards to reality.

So you know the guy got hurt at work, meaning he failed to do anything about it, the union failed, the teamsters failed, his rep failed basically everything about this guy and everyone around a hurt man, failed... damn! OR he got that, got better, and has no reason to have it today.

You can look up this useless information but you can't go look at the history of mid term elections, predictions and actual swing of seats and understand why 2010 was going to happen even if the best President ever was running the ship? Okay....

You can find a split of opinion on any subject you select. That doesn't mean your not misguided on the information you have on the subject.

Like we could still poll people and ask them about death panels and I'm sure over 50% will think the law has it in it... even though 100% were wrong and still are. Which is, something you once said it had.

I have healthcare and I think it's a good thing. I personally know a shit ton of people in support of it. People know it's being paid for with taxes, no reason to put a lame spin on it.

Barry-xlovecam 06-22-2011 02:23 PM

Well if the Ryan Plan for Medicare passes (Paul Ryan (R-WI) ) and you are not yet 55 your Medicare benefits that you paid in will no longer be there as they are today ...

You will get a voucher check from the Social Security Administration to use to buy private insurance. How much do you think the government check will pay for?

There is your Republican Plan for healthcare (for retirees) ...

As for a healthcare plan for working age people they have one ? NO to anything on the table.

I know the job, the situation and the union, that more than makes me qualified to make a statement about it

Lol... yeah he said something about other presidents taking the shellacking that he did. Democrats DID get defeated, that's what the word means when used correctly.

Which is VERY different than what you're saying. It doesn't mean people where tired of him/his policies or anything going on or healthcare, etc... a huge flip was predicted to happen, it did not happen because of the ideas you claim and Obama never said it did either.

Other subjects or healthcare, you still refuse to look at the truth.

Like, we can find all types of positive polls related to the healthcare law, I've seen both side posted here many times.

And death panels does have to do with healthcare and was an example of the bullshit coming out about it and the masses of people sucking it up, which has happened over and over and over with the healthcare bill.

Right... the point was to show not everyone is against it, as your attempt was doing.

The only people I know that don't pay taxes, ALL own a business and don't live in America. I don't think the healthcare bill covers them.

Do you now any homeless people? Personally I don't, but as well I don't mind them getting "free" healthcare, even if it's on my dime. Same goes with children... no taxes paid, but oh well.
