How many surfers did it take to get a click on a link? Assuming the posters are using content to generate traffic.

The comment about someone having "ruined his own business" made me think. He's just one of 1,000s who ruined a whole industry.

I am sure I would have done better with "magic joinlinks"...

I think if you ask 25 people that exact same question you will probably get 30 different answers. However, I feel you will do best if you qualify the traffic as much as possible prior to sending to the tours. As an example setting up whichever site you have to consist of a general section and then breaking all the content down into specific categories. So the answer is a little bit of both.

If you define the site's niche too narrowly then you lose a lot on potential customers that might not know exactly what they are looking for. But throwing anal, solo and trannies as an example, all together without giving the option for the surfer to find something more along their taste could cost you even more productive clicks.

First and foremost know your own traffic and traffic sources and move them to where you will have the greatest impact. :2 cents:

Yes ratios were better when tubes were not around. Everybody knows that so I am not sure what point you are trying to make. Tubes are here and we have to face reality and stop living in the past. No matter how hard you scream ratios were better and times were better it will not turn back the clock.
1:787 is an excellent result for the current time. Really excellent. Its not 1:75 but volume can make up for that.
Its hard for the vets of this industry to sit down and reinvent themselves. I realise and first my wallet took a blow as well. Nowadays I am earning twice the money as I was in the good old days. I accepted the facts, saw new opportunities and moved on. :2 cents:

Actually my current ratio with this program is 1:9000, though I'm sending at least 50% of SE traffic.

I have very positive though about their program, though my curent ratio sucks.
